Research and Analysis:
Analyze existing credential management processes to identify areas for improvement.
Due to budget constraints, comprehensive user research was not feasible. However, the company was confident in the effectiveness of their desktop experience. Consequently, I conducted a heuristic analysis of the web experience, with a focus on the mobile breakpoint. This approach allowed me to identify pain points and areas for improvement that could be applied to enhance the mobile experience.
Objectives and Scope

In collaboration with key stakeholders, including the CEO, Product Owner, other UX designers, and developers, I conducted a workshop to:
Identify the project's key objectives
Define a successful MVP
Outline stretch objectives for the product.
This process enabled me to create a series of user stories detailing the essential product features to be designed.
UX/UI Design
All key user journeys were documented, and wireframes were developed to visualize the user interface and workflow. Each screen was mapped within an interaction flow (UXD) to illustrate the user's experience as they navigate through the application.
The design process prioritized creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring seamless credential management for non-technical users. Stakeholder and user feedback was incorporated throughout the process to refine and enhance the overall experience.
