Introduction

MoneyMind is a behavioral finance tool designed to help wealth professionals assess their clients' financial behaviours, beliefs and risk attitudes. The platform delivers in-depth insights that enable financial advisors to provide tailored guidance.

Objectives

  1. Enhancing Financial Advisor-Client Relationships – Provide wealth professionals with deep behavioural insights to tailor their financial guidance more effectively, fostering stronger client engagement and trust.

  2. Improving Financial Decision-Making – Help clients understand their own financial behaviours, attitudes and risk tolerance, enabling them to make more informed and confident financial decisions.

  3. Optimizing User Experience & Engagement – Create an intuitive, engaging, and data-driven platform that simplifies complex financial insights, increasing usability and encouraging more frequent and meaningful interactions.

My Role

As the Senior UX/UI designer, my role in this project was to enhance the user experience and interface of the MoneyMind platform to improve engagement, usability, and visual appeal. The main challenges included refining the behavioral finance questionnaire, improving report readability, and creating a more intuitive dashboard experience.

UX/UI Design Strategy

To address these challenges, I focused on the following design principles:
